At AnglerCo, your satisfaction is paramount. We are dedicated to delivering superior quality in all our products and exceptional customer service. If for any reason you're not entirely pleased with your purchase, our returns process is designed to be simple and straightforward.
Return Guidelines
Eligibility for Returns:
- Time Frame: You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Condition: Products must be in their original condition, including all packaging and accessories. Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns and exchanges.
Processing Returns:
- Once we receive your returned item at our fulfillment center, it will undergo an inspection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days and credited back to your original method of payment. Please note, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges:
To exchange an item, please place a new order for the desired product and return the original item using our returns process.
Shipping Costs:
- AnglerCo will cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item. For other returns, shipping costs are non-refundable and will be the responsibility of the customer.

Order Modifications:
Due to our efficient processing system, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been confirmed. Please ensure all details are correct before submitting your order.
Tax Refunds:
- Taxes paid on the original purchase will be refunded with the item.
Promotional Items, Discounts, and Quantity Adjustments:
When returning items that were purchased using a promotional discount or as part of a quantity discount, the refund amount will be adjusted to reflect the terms of the promotion or the new quantity eligibility. If the returned item means your order no longer meets the criteria for a quantity discount, the value of the discount applied to the returned item will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, any free gifts received must also be returned to qualify for a full refund; failing to return these items will result in a deduction from the refund total corresponding to the retail value of the gift.
Return Authorization:
- AnglerCo reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet our return criteria. Additional exclusions may apply.
