Warranty

This warranty guarantees that AnglerCo products are free from material and manufacturing defects. If a manufacturing defect arises within the warranty period, AnglerCo will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective product or part.

The following are not covered by our warranty:

• Rust: Regular maintenance is essential, as even the best stainless steel can rust, particularly when exposed to saltwater environments.
• Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance are not covered.
• Damage to Finishes: Paint, film coatings, and similar finishes may degrade over time due to normal use, which is not covered under this warranty.
• Bent Tools: Due to the malleable nature of materials like aluminum and stainless steel, bending is not covered unless it is a clear defect in materials or workmanship.
• Commercial Use: Products used in commercial or industrial settings—such as charter operations, commercial fishing, or rental fleets—are not covered under this warranty due to the high-demand nature of such environments.
• Disassembly: Disassembling your AnglerCo tools voids this warranty.

To ensure longevity and optimal performance of your AnglerCo products, we recommend the following care:

• Tools: Clean with warm soapy water after each use and dry with a soft towel. Apply premium reel oil lightly to hinges and/or springs monthly.
• Leather Sheaths: After use, clean off any residues with a damp soft cloth. Store in a cool, dry place and condition every six months to maintain flexibility and prevent cracking.

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from AnglerCo or our authorized retailers. It does not cover products purchased through unauthorized channels.

Provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue. While the cost of sending the product back for assessment is the responsibility of the product owner, AnglerCo will cover the return shipping of the repaired or replaced item via standard mail. Expedited shipping can be arranged at the customer’s expense.

AnglerCo is not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products beyond the remedies outlined in this warranty. No other person or representative is authorized to make any changes to this warranty. Additionally, AnglerCo reserves the right to modify the terms of this warranty at any time. Such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Warranty Policy on the AnglerCo website.
