The 2026 Hubbard's Marina Flying HUB 2 Extreme Fishing Trip Giveaway (the "Giveaway”) is governed by these Official Rules. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final on all matters relating to the Giveaway.

1. SPONSOR

The Giveaway is sponsored by AnglerCo, LLC, 7364 Kathleen Road #5111, Lakeland, FL 33810 ("Sponsor" or "AnglerCo").Hubbard's Marina is the owner and operator of the vessel on which the prize trip takes place. Hubbard's Marina is not a sponsor or administrator of the Giveaway. The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, Amazon, or any other social media or marketplace platform.

2. Eligibility 

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.The following people are not eligible: employees, officers, directors, and owners of AnglerCo, LLC and Hubbard's Marina, and of their parent companies, affiliates, and agents; and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each of those people, whether or not related.

3. Promotion Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on November 3, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 24, 2026 (the "Promotion Period”). For these Official Rules, a "day" runs from 12:00:00 a.m. ET to 11:59:59 p.m. ET. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter: by making a qualifying purchase, or for free by mail as described in Section 17. Both methods have equal standing in the drawing. Entry with a qualifying purchase. Each completed retail order placed at anglercofishing.com during the Promotion Period automatically receives one (1) entry, subject to the daily limit in Section 5. The entry is made in the name, email address, and mailing address of the person who placed the order. There is no minimum order amount. Gift card purchases at anglercofishing.com are qualifying purchases. 

The following do not qualify for entry:

• Orders placed through Amazon or any other marketplace, by phone, in person, atevents, or through any channel other than anglercofishing.com.
• Wholesale, dealer, conservation, and distribution orders, including any order placedthrough an AnglerCo wholesale, dealer, conservation, or distribution program, account,or pricing.
• Orders canceled, or fully refunded, before the drawing. The entry for such an order isvoid. An entry for an order that is partially refunded remains valid.

5. Entry Limit

Limit one (1) entry per person per day, regardless of entry method. A person who places more than one qualifying order on the same day, submits more than one mail-in entry with the same postmark date, or both places a qualifying order and submits a mail-in entry for the same day, receives only one (1) entry for that day. Purchase entries are dated by the date the order is placed. Mail-in entries are dated by postmark date. 

A person is identified by name, mailing address, and email address. Entries beyond the daily limit are void. Entries made using multiple identities, multiple email addresses, or anyautomated or scripted method are void. 

ARV is based on Hubbard's Marina's published per-person price for the 12-Hour Extreme trip as of November 2026 (source). Actual value may vary. No difference between ARV and actual value will be awarded.

Included: passage for the winner and Guest on the trip, and the cut bait (squid and threadfins) that Hubbard's Marina provides on board for this trip. 

Not included: rod and tackle rental, live bait, food, beverages, crew gratuity, transportation to and from Hubbard's Marina, lodging, parking, any fishing license or permit a participant may need, and all other expenses. These are the sole responsibility of the winner and Guest. 

Prizes are non-transferable. Winning seats may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash, credit, or another trip, and no substitution is permitted except by Sponsor as stated in Section 7. Each person may win only one (1) prize.

Date. The trip is currently scheduled for Tuesday, April 27, 2027. It departs from Hubbard's Marina, 170 Johns Pass Boardwalk, Madeira Beach, FL 33708. Sponsor will confirm departure and check-in times with each winner. Participants should plan to arrive 45 to 60 minutes before departure. 

Changes to the date. The trip date is subject to change at the discretion of AnglerCo and/or Hubbard's Marina for any reason, including but not limited to weather, sea conditions, vessel availability, safety, or regulatory requirements. Sponsor will notify winners of any new date. If a winner cannot attend on the rescheduled date, the prize is forfeited and no substitute will be provided. 

Cancellation. If the trip is canceled and is not rescheduled, Sponsor will award each winner a substitute prize of equal or greater value, chosen by Sponsor.Guest. The Guest must be at least 12 years old, the minimum age set by Hubbard's Marina for this trip. A Guest under 18 may attend only if the winner is the Guest's parent or legal guardian and attends the trip with the Guest. The Guest must sign the documents described in Sections 9 and 10 before the trip. If the Guest cannot attend or does not sign, the winner may name a replacement Guest who meets these requirements before a deadline set by Sponsor; otherwise, the Guest seat is forfeited. The Guest may not use a seat unless the winner also attends. 

Vessel operation. Hubbard's Marina provides the vessel, captain, and crew, and is solely responsible for operating the vessel. The AnglerCo Crew are passengers on the trip. They are not working crew and have no responsibility for operating, navigating, or crewing the vessel, or for the safety or instruction of other passengers. All participants must follow the instructions of the captain and crew, Hubbard's Marina's rules and policies, and all applicable fishing regulations, including seasons, size limits, and bag limits. The captain or Hubbard's Marina may refuse boarding to, or remove, any participant for safety, conduct, intoxication, or any other reason within their authority, and the prize seat is then forfeited without substitution. 

Taxes. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. Each prize's ARV is below the current IRS Form 1099-MISC reporting threshold; prizes are still taxable income to the winner.

8. Drawing and Odds

On or about December 28, 2026, Sponsor will select five (5) potential winners in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Purchase entries and mail-in entries are included in the same drawing and have an equal chance of being selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

9. Winner Notification and Verification 

Sponsor will notify potential winners by email and phone using the contact information on the entry. A potential winner must respond within five (5) days of the first notification attempt. 

Before the trip, each potential winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release (where lawful) within the time stated in the notification. Each Guest must also sign a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where lawful) before the trip; a Guest under 18 must have these signed by the Guest's parent or legal guardian. The winner and Guest must also sign Hubbard's Marina's own waiver and any other documents Hubbard's Marina requires for boarding. 

A potential winner forfeits the prize, and Sponsor will select an alternate winner in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries, if the potential winner: (a) does not respond within five (5) days; (b) does not return the required documents on time; (c) is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules; or (d) has a prize notification returned as undeliverable. 

Sponsor will continue selecting alternates until each prize is awarded. Winners will be announced after verification is complete, on or after December 28, 2026.

10. Assumption of Risk and Release 

Offshore fishing involves inherent risks. The trip travels 60 to 100 miles offshore, far from medical care. Risks include, but are not limited to, rough seas, sudden weather changes, seasickness, dehydration, sun exposure, slips and falls on wet decks, injuries from hooks, knives, fishing gear, and fish, and the actions of other passengers. By accepting a prize or participating in the trip, each winner and Guest acknowledges these risks, voluntarily assumes them, and confirms that he or she is physically able to participate. 

By entering the Giveaway, accepting a prize, or participating in the trip, each entrant, winner, and Guest agrees to release, hold harmless, and indemnify AnglerCo, LLC; Hubbard's Marina; their respective parent companies, affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, captains, and crew; and the AnglerCo Crew (together, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, including personal injury, death, or property damage, arising from or related to participation in the Giveaway or the trip, or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor may void any entry, and disqualify any person, that it finds to have violated these Official Rules, tampered with the entry process, provided false information, or acted in a fraudulent or disruptive manner. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due entries; for technical, computer, network, or order-processing failures; or for errors in these Official Rules or in any Giveaway materials. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor may take such action as is permitted by law, including selecting the winners from eligible entries received before the problem arose. 

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Released Parties are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or the trip, or from the acceptance or use of any prize. Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. 

13. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use each winner's and Guest's name, city and state of residence, photograph, likeness, voice, and statements about the Giveaway and trip for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, without further compensation, as described in the Publicity Release. 

14. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Giveaway is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Entering the Giveaway, including by mail, does not by itself subscribe an entrant to Sponsor's email or text messages. Marketing messages are sent only with separate consent.

5. Governing Law and Disputes

These Official Rules and the Giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Giveaway must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and each entrant consents to the jurisdiction of those courts. 

16. Winners List and Official Rules

The full Official Rules are available throughout the Promotion Period at anglercofishing.com/pages/2026-hubbards-marina-flying-hub-extreme-fishing-trip-giveaway-terms-and-conditions. To request a list of winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to AnglerCo – Winners List, 7364 Kathleen Road #5111, Lakeland, FL 33810, to be received by February 28, 2027. 

17. Free Entry by Mail (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without making a purchase, hand-write "Hubbard's Trip Entry" on a 3" × 5" card, along with your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth. Mail the card in its own envelope by U.S. Postal Service to:

Each envelope may contain only one (1) entry card. Mail-in entries are subject to the daily limit in Section 5 and are dated by postmark date. Mail-in entries must be both postmarked and received no later than December 24, 2026. Entries that are mechanically reproduced, incomplete, or illegible, or that are sent by any method other than U.S. Postal Service, are void. Each eligible mail-in entry has the same chance of winning as each eligible purchase entry.
